Top 100 rock vocalists : 80 – 71

  80.  Bryan Adams

Canadian born Adams is highly underrated.  That is all….

  79.  Billy Corgan (Smashing Pumpkins)

Who?  What you don’t know who Billy Corgan is?  Shame on you.  He is the uncle fester look-a-like from Smashing Pumpkins.  There, you know now.

  78.  Steve Miller (Steve Miller Band)

He was a bit of a Joker in his band.  Think some people called him the space cowboy also…..

  77.  Johnny Rzeznik (Goo Goo Dolls)

Will be best known for his vocals on Goo Goo Dolls Iris and rightly so….

  76.  Sheryl Crow

I love a bit of Sheryl Crow.  Her voice is soothing and could easily send me to sleep at night.  Now there’s a thought…mmmm

  75.  Steve Perry (Journey)

Journey vocalist.  Don’t Stop Believin’.  No, not that version….

  74.  Alanis Morissette

Unique voice.  Unique album in Jagged Little Pill.  Uniquely brilliant.

  73.  Eddie Cochrane

Rock and Roll wouldn’t be what it is today without legends such as Chuck Berry, Little Richard and Eddie Cochrane.  FACT.

  72.  Brian Wilson (Beach Boys)

Ok, not technically a “rock vocalist” but the Beach Boys singer needs to be there….

  71.  Jack White (The White Stripes)

They are a two-man band, not a Seven Nation Army, but the White Stripes wouldn’t have been around for so long without the vocal chords of Mr White.  Not Harvey Keitel, you understand.
